From 3^rd July 2024, Khongnangthaba University launched a 7-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme aimed at enhancing the teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge of educators. The programme focused on modern teaching methods, curriculum development, assessment techniques, and the use of technology in education. Experienced trainers and education experts conducted interactive sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations. Participants included faculty members from various departments, school teachers, and educational administrators. The ToT programme aimed to build a pool of skilled trainers who can disseminate best teaching practices and contribute to improving the quality of education at the university and beyond.
